VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATING TSN TEACHERS. 14.3.1 A Voluntary Participating TSN Teacher is a classroom teacher with permanent status who volunteers to participate in the TSN program. Voluntary Participating Teachers are for teacher assistance and support only and the Consulting Teacher shall not document any performance review. A Voluntary Participating Teacher may terminate his/her participation in the program at any time.
