VOLUNTARY TRANSFER TO FILL A VACANCY. Personnel who desire a change in assignment for other than the positions above set out for the following year shall file a written statement of their desire with the Superintendent no later than April 15, or the closest business day if the 15th falls on a non-business day stating the assignment which the employee desires.
