Common use of Voluntary Withdrawal Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Withdrawal. Voluntary withdrawal by PARTICIPANT from the Agreement shall occur upon the affirmative decision by PARTICIPANT’s Commissioners Court to withdraw from the Agreement and the withdrawing PARTICIPANT giving at least one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days’ notice in writing to LUBBOCK COUNTY and the PD. The effective date of voluntary withdrawal shall be one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days after the withdrawing Participant gives written notice to LUBBOCK COUNTY.
