Voting by Alternate Members. Alternate members of a School Site Council shall be voting members of the Council at meetings where their presence is necessary to have a quorum. Provided that the alternative members of the School Site Council are not available, a teacher, parent, and student representatives on the personnel subcommittee may designate temporary replacement representatives to the personnel subcommittee. Before the summer recess, personnel subcommittee members who will be representing the teachers, parents and students shall leave contact information with school leaders, who will contact participants prior to the hiring or interviewing of any teacher applicants.

  • NOMINATION BY ALLOTTEE WITH CONSENT The Allottee admits and accepts that after the Lock in period and before the execution and registration of conveyance deed of the said Apartment, the Allottee will be entitled to nominate, assign and/or transfer the Allottee’s right, title, interest and obligations under this Agreement subject to the covenant by the nominee that the nominee will strictly adhere to the terms of this Agreement and subject also to the following conditions:

  • Right to Convene Meetings The Warrant Agent may at any time and from time to time, and shall on receipt of a written request of the Corporation or of a Warrantholders’ Request and upon being indemnified and funded to its reasonable satisfaction by the Corporation or by the Warrantholders signing such Warrantholders’ Request against the costs which may be incurred in connection with the calling and holding of such meeting, convene a meeting of the Warrantholders. If the Warrant Agent fails to so call a meeting within seven days after receipt of such written request of the Corporation or such Warrantholders’ Request and the indemnity and funding given as aforesaid, the Corporation or such Warrantholders, as the case may be, may convene such meeting. Every such meeting shall be held in the City of Toronto or at such other place as may be mutually approved or determined by the Warrant Agent and the Corporation.

  • DISTRIBUTION OF DISSOCIATING MEMBERS INTEREST Upon determination of the dissociating Members’ interest value, the value will be a debt of the Company. The dissociating Member will only be able to demand payment of this debt at dissolution of the Company or by the following method:

  • New Members No person may be admitted as a member of the Company without the approval of the Member.

  • Admission of Additional Members One or more additional members of the Company may be admitted to the Company with the written consent of the Member.

  • Initial Meeting (a) The parties must meet within 10 Business Days after the date of delivery of the dispute notice and attempt to resolve the dispute.
