Common use of W/MBE Goal Clause in Contracts

W/MBE Goal. No specific goal for W/MBE participation has been established for this Agreement; however, Company agrees to make a good faith effort, in accordance with Authority W/MBE Policy and Program, throughout the term of this Agreement, to contract with W/MBE firms certified as a woman-owned or minority-owned business by the City of Tampa, Hillsborough County, the State of Florida Department of Management Services, Office of Supplier Diversity, or as a DBE under the FLUCP pursuant to 49 CFR Part 26 in the performance of this Agreement.
