The line test, or stub bus, protection is sealed in for greater than 30 seconds to explicitly cancel reclose in all tripped breakers via long time cancel feature of breaker reclosure protection. TT transmit (send) and TT receive are interlocked withthe line disconnect switch at each of the respective stations.
