Wage Rates and Increases. The Employer shall pay employees wages at the rates set out in this clause. This means, any loading, penalty rate, allowance, entitlement or other benefit which would otherwise be calculated on the Award rate of pay shall, by the operation of this Agreement, be applied to the wage rates set out in this clause.
