The adjustment to take effect in May shall be one half of this amount, multiplied by the journeyperson gross wage rate stipulated in the Collective Agreement effective April 1st, 2012. The adjustment to take effect in November shall be the other half of this same amount, multiplied by the journeyperson gross wage rate stipulated in the Collective Agreement effective April 1st, 2012. 2013 Wage Adjustment A calculation shall be performed in January of 2013. The wage adjustment for 2013 shall be the CPI Change plus 1% with a minimum adjustment of 2% to a maximum adjustment of 5%.
