Common use of Wage Rates for FY Clause in Contracts

Wage Rates for FY. 2014-2015 Effective July 1, 2014, the rates and 21 ranges of employees covered by this Agreement shall be increased by the percentage 22 increase in the CPI-W for Portland Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers Index for 23 the second half 2012 to the second half 2013 as reported in February 2014. The 24 minimum percentage increase shall be no less than one percent (1%) and the maximum 25 percentage increase no more than four percent (4%).
