Wages and Classification Schedule. 5 A. Wage Rates for FY 2007-2008 Effective July 1, 2007, employees 6 shall be compensated in accordance with the wage schedule attached to this 7 Agreement and marked Addendum A. The parties may reopen Article 10.1 related to increasing or reducing the base wages in the Appendix up to once per year by providing the other party notice before March 31 of the year. The issue shall be addressed as a mid-term change under ORS 243.698.

The 12 minimum percentage increase shall be no less than one percent (1%) and the maximum 13 percentage increase no more than four percent (4%).

Wages and Classification Schedule. The monthly and hourly wages and classifications for employees covered by this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A which is attached hereto and incorporated in this Agreement. Retroactive to July 1, 2024, all bargaining unit employees shall receive a cost-of-living adjustment of 5.5%. Effective July 1, 2025, the monthly wages from July 1, 2024, shall be increased based upon the annual average for 2024 of the CPI-U West with the minimum increase of 2% and a maximum increase of 5%. Effective July 1, 2026, the monthly wages from July 1, 2025, shall be increased based upon the annual average for 2025 of the CPI-U West with the minimum increase of 2% and a maximum increase of 5%. Effective July 1, 2027, the monthly wages from July 1, 2026, shall be increased based upon the annual average for 2026 of the CPI-U West with the minimum increase of 2% and a maximum increase of 5%. Effective July 1, 2028, the monthly wages from July 1, 2027, shall be increased based upon the annual average for 2027 of the CPI-U West with the minimum increase of 2% and a maximum increase of 5%. Within thirty (30) days of ratification, each employee shall receive a one-time lump sum $300 ratification incentive.
Wages and Classification Schedule. 4 A. Employees shall be compensated in accordance with the Wage Schedule 5 attached to this Agreement and marked Addendum "A". The attached Wage Schedule shall be 6 considered a part of this Agreement. Employees will advance one step in their respective 7 classifications on each anniversary of their employment.
8 B. When any position covered by this Agreement but not listed on the Wage 9 Schedule is established, the County may designate a job classification and pay rate for the 10 position, which rate shall bear a just and proper relationship to existing rates within the 11 bargaining unit. If the Association does not agree that the classification and/or rate are proper, 12 the parties mutually agree to meet and confer on the specific objections raised by the 13 Association.
14 C. Whenever an employee performs work in a higher classification four (4) hours or 15 more, the employee shall be paid for the entire period of such work at the rate assigned to the 16 higher classification in the appropriate step according to promotional policy.
17 D. Employees who work regularly on a part-week basis in a higher classified job will 18 be paid the higher rate for all hours worked in such assignment.
19 E. Management will not attempt to avoid paying the higher rate by rotating the 20 assignment or by other circumvention.
21 F. Longevity Pay. Employees who have completed six (6) years of County service 22 shall receive, as part of their regular rate of pay, a longevity incentive payment of two and
