Wages and Classification Schedule. The monthly and hourly wages and classifications for employees covered by this Agreement are set forth in Appendix “A” which is attached hereto and incorporated in this Agreement, and which shall be effective July 1, 2011. The parties may reopen Article 10.1 related to increasing or reducing the base wages in the Appendix up to once per year by providing the other party notice before March 31 of the year. The issue shall be addressed as a mid-term change under ORS 243.698.

Wages and Classification Schedule. 12.1.1 WAGE SCALE Each employee will be paid in accordance with the wage scale attached as Appendix A.
12.1.2 PLACEMENT ON WAGE SCALE Normally a newly hired employee will be appointed at the entrance rate for the class unless the employee’s qualifications as determined by OLWS would support appointment at a higher step. Current employees promoting to a new classification with a higher pay rate will be placed on the wage scale at the step level corresponding to a wage increase.

Effective and retroactively applied to July 1, 2024, for all bargaining unit employees employed on the date of ratification, the monthly and hourly wages and classifications for employees covered by this Agreement are set forth in Appendix “A” which is attached hereto and incorporated in this Agreement. Appendix “A” wages will be increased as set forth below: Effective July 1, 2025, all employees covered by this Agreement shall receive a COLA of between two percent (2%) and five percent (5%), which shall be based on the annual average for 2024 of the CPI-U West Region. Effective July 1, 2026, all employees covered by this Agreement shall receive a COLA of between two percent (2%) and five percent (5%), which shall be based on the annual average for 2025 of the CPI-U West Region. In the event the State of Oregon adjusts the budgetary allocation to the County for Parole and Probation, it shall be grounds for the parties to reopen Article 10.1 at any time without need to provide notice to either party. The issue shall be addressed as a mid-term change under ORS 243.698.
Wages and Classification Schedule. (a) Effective July 1, 2006, employees shall be compensated for the fiscal year 2006-2007 in accordance with the wage schedule attached to this Agreement and marked Appendix “A” which represents a 2.8% increase. Employees shall be compensated for the fiscal years 2007-2008 and 2008-09 with a minimum increase of 2.0% and a maximum of 4.5% cost of living increase equal to the percentage increase in the US Consumer Price Index (CPI). The Consumer Price Index (CPI) used in calculating wage adjustments shall be based on the Portland- Salem, OR-WA CPI-W (Urban Wage Earner and Clerical Workers) as reported by the U.S. Department of Labor. The change in the CPI-W is calculated by comparing the six-month period (July through December) of the applicable year’s available data to the same six-month period of the previous year.

Wages and Classification Schedule. 4 A. Employees shall be compensated in accordance with the Wage Schedule 5 attached to this Agreement and marked Addendum "A". The attached Wage Schedule shall be 6 considered a part of this Agreement. Employees will advance one step in their respective 7 classifications on each anniversary of their employment.
