Wages, etc. Group shall be solely responsible for payment of all wages, salaries, bonuses and benefits of its employed licensed personnel, including all payroll taxes, vacation and sick pay, insurance and pension or profit sharing contributions. Group shall be solely responsible for payment of all amounts due to contracted licensed personnel under service contracts with Group. MHS shall provide payroll processing and accounts payable services as provided in this Agreement.
