Common use of WAIVER AND COMPLETE AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

WAIVER AND COMPLETE AGREEMENT. This Agreement may be altered, changed, added to, deleted from or modified through the mutual consent of the parties. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties, concluding collective bargaining for its term, except for negotiations over a successor collective bargaining agreement, except as otherwise provided herein. In accordance with Section 3 above, before the expiration of this Agreement the parties shall meet and negotiate at mutually agreeable times in an effort to mutually agree on the terms and conditions of a successor agreement.
