WAIVER AND COMPLETE AGREEMENT. 2.1 This Agreement may be altered, changed, added to, deleted from or modified through mutual consent of the parties. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties, concluding collective bargaining for its term, except for negotiations over successor collective bargaining agreement, except as otherwise provided, herein. In accordance with Section 1 above, before the expiration of this Agreement, the parties shall meet to negotiate at mutually agreeable times in an effort to mutually agree on the terms and conditions of a successor agreement.
