WAIVER AND COMPLETE AGREEMENT. 3 The parties acknowledge that during the negotiations resulting in this Agreement each had the 4 unlimited right and opportunity to make demands and proposals with respect to any and all subjects 5 or matters not removed by law from the area of collective bargaining and the understandings and 6 agreements arrived at by the parties after exercise of that right and opportunity are set forth in this 7 Agreement. King County and the Union each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right and each 8 agrees that the other shall not be obligated to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or 9 matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subject or matter 10 may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time 11 they negotiated or signed this Agreement. All rights and duties of both parties are specifically 12 expressed in this Agreement and such expression is all inclusive. This Agreement constitutes the 13 entire agreement between the parties and concludes collective bargaining for its duration, subject 14 only to a desire by both parties to mutually agree to amend or supplement at any time, and except for 15 negotiations over a successor collective bargaining agreement.
