WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS AGREEMENT. In exchange for the severance payments and benefits provided to me pursuant to Section 7.05, 7.06 and 7.07 (collectively, the “Severance Benefits”) of that certain Employment Agreement, dated as of [ ], by and among Funko, Inc. (“Company”) and- Xxxxx Xxxx (the “Employee”) (the “Employment Agreement”), the Employee freely and voluntarily agrees to enter into and be bound by this Waiver and Release of Claims Agreement (this “Release”).
WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS AGREEMENT. Xxxxx Xxxxxxx (“Employee”) hereby acknowledges that Sol-Wind, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Employer”) is offering Employee certain payments in connection with Employee’s termination of employment pursuant to the employment agreement entered into between Employer and Employee, as amended (the “Employment Agreement”), in exchange for Employee’s promises in this Waiver and Release of Claims Agreement (this “Agreement”).
WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS AGREEMENT. (“Employee”) hereby acknowledges that Caesars Enterprise Services, LLC (“Employer”) is offering Employee certain payments in connection with Employee’s termination of employment pursuant to the employment agreement entered into between Employer and Employee, as amended (the “Employment Agreement”). in exchange for Employee’s promises in this Waiver and Release of Claims Agreement (this “Agreement”).
WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS AGREEMENT. In exchange for the Termination Benefits, I freely and voluntarily agree to enter into and be bound by this Waiver and Release of Claims Agreement (this “Waiver”). All capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings given to them elsewhere in the Agreement.

(“Employer”) is offering Employee certain payments in connection with Employee’s termination of employment pursuant to the employment agreement entered into between Employer and Employee, as amended (the “Employment Agreement”), in exchange for Employee’s promises in this Waiver and Release of Claims Agreement (this “Agreement”).
WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS AGREEMENT. (“Employee”) hereby acknowledges that (“Employer”) is offering Employee certain payments in connection with Employee’s termination of employment pursuant to the employment agreement entered into between Employer and Employee, as amended (the “Employment Agreement”), in exchange for Employee’s promises in this Waiver and Release of Claims Agreement (this “Agreement”).
WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS AGREEMENT. In exchange for the payments and benefits described in that certain Employment Agreement (the “Employment Agreement”), entered into between myself and Buccaneer Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (together with any Subsidiaries and Affiliates as may employ me from time to time, and any successor(s) thereto, the “Company”), dated May 3, 2011, I freely and voluntarily agree to enter into and be bound by this Waiver and Release of Claims Agreement (the “Release”):

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES A RELEASE OF KNOWN AND UNKNOWN CLAIMS AND A WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO MAKE CLAIMS AGAINST YOUR EMPLOYER. This Waiver and General Release (this “Agreement”) is by and between MXXXX XXXXXXXXX (“EXECUTIVE”) and MISTER CAR WASH, INC. and all its related corporations, parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective current and former officers, employees, trustees, directors, attorneys, insurers, agents, and their successors and assigns, individually and in their representative capacities, and any entity or individual affiliated with any of the foregoing (the “Company”). Executive and the Company will be collectively referred to as “the Parties.”
