WAIVER OF CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS. In consideration of my being permitted to participate in the 2020 Last Frontier Pond Hockey Tournament on Big Lake on March 13, 14, and 15, 2020, (hereafter referred to as "the Event"), I agree to the following waiver and release:
WAIVER OF CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS. The person who is fishing on Town of Fraser, Colorado, property shall be referred to hereinafter at “PARTICIPANT”. “
WAIVER OF CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS. The person who is Skateboarding, BMX biking and/or in-line skating at The YMCA of Westfield, NJ shall be referred to hereinafter as "PARTICIPANT". "
WAIVER OF CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS. In consideration of my being permitted to participate in the Jacksonport Polar Bear Club, Ltd.’s Annual New Year’s Day Swim (hereafter referred to as "the Event"), I agree to the following waiver and release: I acknowledge that jumping into cold water, standing and walking upon ice, walking and lingering in the snow in the vicinity of the Event, lingering near and among the crowd gathered for the Event, and traveling to and from the Event and its various attractions have inherent risks, hazards and dangers. I understand that these risks, hazards and dangers include without limitation:
WAIVER OF CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS. The Member acknowledges having read and understood fully the above provisions, especially the provisions dealing with the waiver by the Member on behalf of all of the Facility Users of certain legal rights and the Member’s agreement, on behalf of all of the Facility Users, in certain circumstance, to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties. The Member has been provided a copy of this Agreement and any questions the Member has regarding the use of the Fitness Center, the Equipment, and the Keycode have been answered to the Member’s satisfaction. The Member further understands that if any of the foregoing provisions of this Agreement are held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms and provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
WAIVER OF CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS. The Guest acknowledges having read and understood fully the above provisions, especially the provisions dealing with the waiver by the Guest of certain legal rights and the Guest’s agreement, in certain circumstances, to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties. The Guest has been provided a copy of this Agreement and any questions the Guest has regarding the use of the Fitness Center, the Equipment, and the Keycode have been answered to the Guest’s satisfaction. The Guest further understands that if any of the foregoing provisions of this Agreement are held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms and provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
WAIVER OF CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS. This agreement must be signed by all volunteers of Youthlinc Real Life, a Utah Non-Profit company (collectively referred to herein with Youthlinc's employees, owners, officers, directors, agents, independent contractors, partners, and assigns as "Youthlinc" or "Real Life"). If the volunteer is a minor, it must be signed by his or her parent or legal (court appointed) guardian, who signs for himself or herself and, if allowed by law, the minor volunteer. "
WAIVER OF CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS. It is the purpose of this agreement to exempt, waive and relieve releasees from liability for personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death caused by negligence, including the negligence, if any, of releasees. However, nothing in this Waiver of Liability and Release should be construed as releasing, discharging or waiving any claims I may have for reckless or intentional acts on the part of releasees. “

In consideration of my being permitted to participate in the Chicago Polar Bear Club Charity Fundraiser Lake Plunge (hereafter referred to as "the Event"), I agree to the following waiver and release: I acknowledge that jumping into cold water, standing and walking upon ice, walking and lingering in the snow in the vicinity of the Event, lingering near and among the crowd gathered for the Event, and traveling to and from the Event and its various attractions have inherent risks, hazards and dangers. WAIVER OF CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS. I, , am at least 18 years old and aware that volleyball, special events and all other activities (hereinafter collectively “Activity”) are HAZARDOUS and involve many RISKS and DANGERS including, but not limited to: slip and falls, illness, premises defects, dangerous conditions of property, facilities, or equipment, collisions and/or contact with other people, rock, sand, earth, animals, objects, or structures, changes in weather conditions, variation in terrain, negligence of other individuals, negligence of spectators, and, negligence on the part of Marquette Mountain, its employees, owners, officers, representatives, directors, shareholders, members, agents, volunteers, successors, subsidiaries, related entities, vendors, and all persons/companies connected with the Activity, and other risks, dangers, and hazards, any of which may result in personal injuries including paralysis, brain damage, illness, death, and/or property damage. I am aware that risks, dangers and hazards that may involve physical injury or death, including those referenced above, exist throughout Marquette Mountain and the Activity and that many are unmarked.
