WAIVER OF DUE DILIGENCE CONDITIONS. Buyer acknowledges that Buyer has been afforded the opportunity to inspect the Property and conduct all investigations and studies Buyer deems necessary and prudent for the purpose of acquiring the Property. Buyer’s obligations hereunder are not contingent upon any further inspection of the Property by Buyer or its agents or representatives or upon any other conditions whatsoever, unless specifically set forth herein. Accordingly, Buyer confirms that so long as Seller complies with its obligations under this Agreement, Buyer will be unconditionally obligated to complete the Closing in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement, subject to satisfaction of the “Conditions to Closing” listed in Section 6.
