Common use of Waiver of Employment Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Employment. For and in consideration of the payments, promises, and other consideration described in this Agreement, and as a further material inducement for the parties to enter into this Agreement, Employee warrants, covenants, and agrees that Employee will not knowingly apply for, seek, or accept employment or any contractual relationship with the Company at any time in the future. Employee acknowledges that this Agreement will constitute a complete and final reason for any subsequent denial of employment or any contractual relationship, and that this Agreement may be offered as a complete defense to any lawsuit, charge, claim, or cause of action for such denial.
