WAIVER OF STATUTORY NOTICE TO QUIT. In the event Lessor exercises its option to cancel this Agreement upon the happenings of any or all of the events set forth in this Article, Lessor shall send notice of cancellation to Lessee as provided herein. Lessee hereby agrees that it will forthwith surrender up possession of the demised premises to the Lessor. Lessee hereby expressly waives the receipt of any statutory notice to quit or notice of termination which would otherwise be given by Lessor.

WAIVER OF STATUTORY NOTICE TO QUIT. If the Authority exercises its right to terminate this Lease Agreement upon the happening of any Event of Default or other provision to which such right of termination applies, a notice of termination shall be sufficient to terminate this Lease Agreement; and, upon receipt of the same, Tenant hereby agrees that it will forthwith surrender possession of the Leased Premises to the Authority. In this connection, Tenant hereby expressly waives the receipt of any notice to quit or notice of termination that would otherwise be given by the Authority. In addition, all rights of Tenant to the Leased Premises shall be forfeited; provided, however, that the Authority shall have and reserve all of its available remedies at law as a result of said breach of this Lease Agreement. Failure of the Authority to declare this Lease Agreement terminated upon any event described in Section 1908 hereof shall not operate to bar, destroy or waive the right of the Authority to cancel this Lease Agreement by reason of any subsequent or other event described in Section 1908 hereof.   • Statutory Notice Pursuant to section 119.0701(2)(a), F.S., for contracts for services with a contractor acting on behalf of a public agency, as defined in section 119.011(2), F.S., the following applies: Pursuant to section 119.0701(2)(b), F.S., for contracts for services with a contractor acting on behalf of a public agency as defined in section 119.011(2), F.S., the Contractor shall: (a) Keep and maintain public records required by the public agency to perform the service. (b) Upon request from the public agency’s custodian of public records, provide the public agency with a copy of the requested records or allow the records to be inspected or copied within a reasonable time at a cost that does not exceed the cost provided in Chapter 119, F.S., or as otherwise provided by law. (c) Ensure that public records that are exempt or confidential and exempt from public records disclosure are not disclosed except as authorized by law for the duration of the Contract term and following the completion of the Contract if the Contractor does not transfer the records to the public agency. (d) Upon completion of the Contract, transfer, at no cost, to the public agency all public records in possession of the Contractor or keep and maintain public records required by the public agency to perform the service. If the Contractor transfers all public records to the public agency upon completion of the Contract, the Contractor shall destroy any duplicate public records that are exempt or confidential and exempt from public records disclosure requirements. If the Contractor keeps and maintains public records upon completion of the Contract, the Contractor shall meet all applicable requirements for retaining public records. All records stored electronically must be provided to the public agency, upon request from the public agency’s custodian of public records, in a format that is compatible with the information technology systems of the public agency.
