Waiver of Suspension. At the discretion of the Licensor, the Licensee may be allowed to proceed with the Event under specific conditions despite the identified breach. Licensor will provide written notice detailing the conditions under which the Event may proceed.
Waiver of Suspension. (A) The Trustees may, upon their own motion or on request of a Pensioner, waive suspension of benefits subject to such limitations as the Trustees in their sole discretion may determine, including any limitations based on the Pensioner’s previous record of benefit suspensions or non-compliance with reporting requirements under this Article.
