Revocation of Suspension. 22.3.1 In the event that the Authority shall have rectified or removed the cause of Suspension within a period not exceeding 60 (sixty) days from the date of Suspension, it shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Contractor under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties expressly agree that the Authority may, in its discretion, revoke the Suspension at any time, whether or not the cause of Suspension has been rectified or removed hereunder.
22.3.2 Upon the Contractor having cured the Contractor Default within a period not exceeding 60 (sixty) days from the date of Suspension, the Authority shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Contractor under this Agreement.
Revocation of Suspension. 31.3.1 In the event that the Authority shall have rectified or removed the cause of Suspension within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days from the date of Suspension, it shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.
31.3.2 Upon the Concessionaire having cured the Concessionaire Default within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days from the date of Suspension, the Authority shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.
Revocation of Suspension. 36.3.1 In the event that the Concessioning Authority shall have rectified or removed the cause of Suspension within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days from the date of Suspension, it shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties expressly agree that the Concessioning Authority may, in its discretion, revoke the Suspension at any time, whether or not the cause of Suspension has been rectified or removed hereunder.
36.3.2 Upon the Concessionaire having cured the Concessionaire Default within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days from the date of Suspension, the Concessioning Authority shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.
Revocation of Suspension. 33.3.1 In the event that MOR shall have rectified or removed the cause of Suspension within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days from the date of Suspension, it shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties expressly agree that MOR may, in its discretion, revoke the Suspension at any time, whether or not the cause of Suspension has been rectified or removed hereunder.
33.3.2 Upon the Concessionaire having cured the Concessionaire Default within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days from the date of Suspension, MOR shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.
Revocation of Suspension. 25.7.1 In the event that the Authority shall have rectified or removed the cause of Suspension within a period not exceeding 60 (sixty) days from the date of Suspension, it may revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties expressly agree that the Authority may, in its discretion, revoke the Suspension at any time, whether or not the cause of Suspension has been rectified or removed hereunder.
25.7.2 Upon the Concessionaire having cured the Concessionaire Default within the Cure Period, the Authority shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.
Revocation of Suspension. (a) In the event that the Client shall have rectified or removed the cause of Suspension within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days from the date of Suspension, it shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Developer under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties expressly agree that the Client may, in its discretion, revoke the Suspension at any time, whether or not the cause of Suspension has been rectified or removed hereunder.
(b) Upon the Developer having cured the Developer Default within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days from the date of Suspension, the Client shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Developer under this Agreement.
Revocation of Suspension. 22.4 Termination
Revocation of Suspension. 1.53.1 In the event DOT rectifies or removes the cause of suspension within a period no exceeding 2 (two) months from the date of suspension, DOT shall revoke the suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Lessee under this Agreement.
1.53.2 In the event the Lessee cures the Lessee Event of Default within a period not exceeding 3 (three) months from the date of suspension, DOT shall revoke the suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Lessee under this Agreement.
Revocation of Suspension. 26.2.1 In the event that the Concessionaire shall have rectified or removed the cause of Suspension within a period as mentioned in clause 26.1 above, Maha-Metro shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties expressly agree that Maha-Metro may, in its discretion, revoke the Suspension at any time, whether or not the cause of Suspension has been rectified or removed hereunder.
Revocation of Suspension. 29.3.1 In the event that the Authority shall have rectified or removed the cause of Suspension within the period not exceeding the notice period provided under Clause 29.1 for Suspension, it shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties expressly agree that the Authority may, in its discretion, revoke the Suspension at any time, whether or not the cause of Suspension has been rectified or removed hereunder.
29.3.2 Upon the Concessionaire having cured the Concessionaire Default within the period not exceeding the notice period provided under Clause 29.1 for Suspension, the Authority shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.
