General Liability and Property Damage With respect to all operations performed under this Agreement, the Party shall carry general liability insurance having all major divisions of coverage including, but not limited to: Premises - Operations
The General Liability and Property Damage coverages required for performance of this Agreement shall include the State of Vermont and its agencies, departments, officers and employees as Additional Insureds. If performance of this Agreement involves construction, or the transport of persons or hazardous materials, then the required Automotive Liability coverage shall include the State of Vermont and its agencies, departments, officers and employees as Additional Insureds. Coverage shall be primary and non-contributory with any other insurance and self-insurance.
Contractor’s Liability Insurance Contractor shall purchase and maintain such liability and other insurance that meets the insurance requirement set forth in the contract documents for the Work being performed and as will provide protection from claims set forth below which may arise out of or result from Contractor's performance of the Work and Contractor's other obligations under the Contract Documents, whether it is to be performed by Contractor, any Subcontractor or Supplier, or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by any of them to perform any of the Work, or by anyone for whose acts any of them may be liable:
Personal Property Damage Upon submission of reasonable proof the Employer shall repair or indemnify with respect to damage to the chattels of an employee while on duty caused by the actions of a patient, resident or client provided such personal property is an article of use or wear of a type suitable for use while on duty.
Contractor Insurance Requirements When performing Work on property in the care, custody, or control of the Judicial Council, the Contractor shall maintain all commercial general liability insurance, workers’ compensation insurance, and any other insurance the Judicial Council deems appropriate under the Agreement. Upon request from the Judicial Council, the Contractor shall furnish an insurance certificate evidencing required insurance coverage acceptable to the Judicial Council. The Contractor may also be required to have the Judicial Council shown as an additional insured on selected policies.
CONTRACTOR’S INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS The insurance requirements of this Contract are set forth in Appendix J and, if applicable, Appendix J.1.
Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance A. During the term of this Agreement, Contractor shall at all times maintain, at its expense, the following coverages and requirements. The comprehensive general liability insurance shall include broad form property damage insurance.
PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE (ERRORS & OMISSIONS) Professional Liability Insurance for Errors and Omissions coverage in the amount of not less than ($1,000,000). If CONTRACTOR sub-contracts in support of CONTRACTOR’S work provided for in the agreement, Professional Liability Insurance for Errors shall be provided by the sub-contractor in an amount not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) in aggregate. The insurance coverage provided by the CONTRACTOR shall contain language providing coverage up to one (1) year following completion of the contract in order to provide insurance coverage for the hold harmless provisions herein if the policy is a claims-made policy.
Vehicle Liability Insurance $___________________ minimum required insurance policy on all owned, hired, and non-owned vehicles of the Subcontractor for combined single limit liability for each accident affecting incurring bodily injury and/or property damage.
