Common use of WAIVING OF WAITING PERIOD Clause in Contracts

WAIVING OF WAITING PERIOD. The Insurer will waive the waiting period only if: (a) Other medical expense insurance was in force with another company for the Insured for at least one (1) continuous year; and (b) The effective date of this policy commences within thirty (30) days of the expiration of the previous coverage; and (c) The prior coverage is disclosed in the application for insurance; and (d) We receive the prior policy and a copy of the receipt for the last year’s premium payment, with the application.
