Walls, Ceilings and Windows. Most units are constructed with radiant heat. Nothing may be nailed, pinned or glued to the ceiling. Residents may not paint units. Personal air conditioners are not allowed. No signs, posters, placards or banners of any kind may be hung in the windows. Damage charges will be assessed for any violations.
