Warranties on Hyundai Products. DEALER understands and agrees that the only warranties that will be applicable to each new Hyundai Product sold to DEALER by HMA will be the written limited warranty or warranties expressly furnished by FACTORY or HMA or as stated in the Hyundai Warranty Policies and Procedures Manual, as it may be revised from time to time. With respect to DEALER, such limited warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or any liability for commercial losses based on negligence or strict liability. Except for its limited liability under such written warranty or warranties, neither FACTORY nor HMA assumes any other warranty obligation or liability. DEALER is not authorized to assume any additional warranty obligations or liabilities on behalf of HMA or FACTORY. Any such additional obligations or liabilities assumed by DEALER will be solely the responsibility of DEALER.
