Policies and Procedures Manual. 9.1.1 During the Implementation Period, and in accordance with any timeframe specified in the Implementation Plan, the Service Provider must develop and maintain the Policies and Procedures Manual for Acceptance by Health, that includes the procedures described in Schedule 6 - Implementation and Transition Requirements and:
(a) describes how the Parties will work together and how the Services are to be performed and delivered. This includes details of Service methodology developed for Health;
(b) is of a nature and form, and in terms which comply with these Services Agreement requirements for the Policies and Procedures Manual and is acceptable to the Health Representative;
(c) clearly defines the Service Provider's roles and responsibilities in relation to each Other Service Provider and Health Personnel;
(d) specifies the timeframes for delivery of the Services;
(e) sets out how the Service Provider, Other Service Providers, the States and Territories and Health Personnel will work together in connection with this Services Agreement; and
(f) is able to be utilised by Health without reference to Service Provider Materials or to third party materials that are not also provided to Health - that is, the Policies and Procedures Manual is effective and able to be used by Health without the need to refer to other Material that Health does not have or have a license to use perpetually.
9.1.2 Provision of the Policies and Procedures Manual is an Implementation Deliverable.
Policies and Procedures Manual. 24.1.1 The Service Provider must comply with the Policies and Procedures Manual during the Term in the delivery of the Register and the Services.
24.1.2 The Service Provider must update the Policies and Procedures Manual regularly as material changes occur, and as agreed by the Parties, and at least on a quarterly basis.
24.1.3 The Service Provider acknowledges and agrees that up to date copies of the Policies and Procedures Manual will be made available electronically to:
(a) Health; and
(b) Other Service Providers, if required by Health.
24.1.4 The Service Provider acknowledges and agrees that neither the content of nor adherence to any Policies and Procedures Manual will limit or affect any of Health's rights or the Service Provider's obligations under or in connection with this Services Agreement.
24.1.5 The Service Provider must not implement any variations made to the approved Policies and Procedures Manual unless Health has Accepted the variation.
Policies and Procedures Manual. The Charter School shall develop and implement a special education policies and procedures manual consistent with applicable court and administrative opinions setting forth Charter School’s obligations under the law and this Contract.
Policies and Procedures Manual. (i) The Employer maintains a number of policies on a range of issues which must be acknowledged and adhered to by the Employee. A copy of these policies is available from the SUSF Club Development Manager. The Employee agrees to remain familiar with this throughout their employment, and to comply with directives, policies and procedures as they operate from time to time.
(ii) The Employer’s policies and procedures may be amended or replaced by the Employer from time to time and the Employee agrees to adhere to any changes to these policies.
Policies and Procedures Manual. Supplier shall provide the Policies and Procedures Manual, including the quality process for the EDC, and Change Control Procedures therein, to Chordiant for Chordiant’s review and approval in accordance with Exhibit 6. The Change Control Procedures shall provide, at a minimum, that:
(a) No Change shall be implemented without Chordiant’s approval, except as may be necessary on a temporary basis to maintain the continuity of the Services.
(b) With respect to all Changes, Supplier shall (i) other than those Changes made on a temporary basis to maintain the continuity of the Services, schedule Changes so as not to unreasonably interrupt Chordiant’s business operations, (ii) prepare and deliver to Chordiant each month a rolling schedule for ongoing and planned Changes for the next 90-day period, and (iii) monitor the status of Changes against the applicable schedule.
(c) With respect to any Change made on a temporary basis to maintain the continuity of the Services, Supplier shall document and provide to Chordiant notification of the Change no later than the next business day after the Change is made. Supplier shall update the Change Control Procedures as necessary and shall provide such updated Change Control Procedures to Chordiant for its approval.
Policies and Procedures Manual. In connection with the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, and after review of the Owner's existing policies and procedures manual, Manager shall develop a policies and procedures manual and provide same to Owner for review and approval within six months from the effective date of this Agreement. Following the approval of the policies and procedures manual submitted by Manager (the "Manual"), Manager shall utilize the Manual in connection with the leasing, management or operation of the Properties and shall submit any proposed modifications to the Manual to the Owner in writing. Following the Owner's review and approval of such modifications, the Manager shall utilize the modified Manual.
Policies and Procedures Manual. Upon request by the Owner, the Manager shall promptly provide the Owner a policies and procedures manual for the Property (the "Manual") for review and approval by the Owner. Following the approval by the Owner of the Manual, the Manager shall utilize the Manual in connection with the leasing, management or operation of the Property and shall submit any proposed modifications to the Manual to the Owner in writing. Following the Owner's review and approval of such modifications, the Manager shall utilize the modified Manual.
Policies and Procedures Manual. This Agreement is subject to the terms and conditions incorporated by reference to the Santa Xxx Regional SBDC Network Policies and Procedures Manual, as amended, and the Santa Xxx Regional SBDC Network Policy on Logo Use. In the event of conflicting or otherwise inconsistent policies, this Agreement shall prevail.
Policies and Procedures Manual. No less than 30 days prior to each Transformation Date for each Phased Service Component Service Provider will create and deliver to Xxxx a draft of the policies and procedures that apply to the Phased Service Component (collectively, the "Policies and Procedures Manual"). The final Policies and Procedure Manual will be delivered no later than 30 days after the Transformation Date. The content of the Policies and Procedures Manual will be as outlined in Schedule 9 (Outline of Policies and Procedures Manual). Service Provider will periodically prepare and provide to Xxxx updates to such Policies and Procedures Manual to reflect any changes in the procedures described therein as soon as practicable after such changes are made; provided that any changes to the form and scope of the Policies and Procedures Manual will be agreed upon by Xxxx and Service Provider in accordance with the Change Control Procedures. Service Provider will update the Policies and Procedures Manual to address changes required by the addition of New Services.
