Common use of Warranty Bonds Clause in Contracts

Warranty Bonds. Developer agrees that every infrastructure improvement dedicated to City (except landscaping, unimproved real property or open space dedications) pursuant to this Agreement shall be accompanied by a one (1) year warranty bond in a form and in an amount, and with a surety acceptable to City, or otherwise as determined in the applicable Subdivision Improvement Agreement.
