WARRANTY INSPECTIONS AFTER COMPLETION. 18.2.1 The Architect/Engineer, the Principal Representative, and the Construction Manager together shall make two (2) complete inspections of the Work after issuance of the Final Notice of Substantial Completion. The Six-Month Warranty Inspection shall be made approximately six (6) months after the issuance of the Notice of Substantial Completion. The Eleven-Month Warranty Inspection shall be made approximately eleven (11) months after the issuance of the Final Notice of Substantial Completion. The Principal Representative shall schedule and so notify all parties concerned of these inspections.
