Common use of WARRANTY OF IMPROVEMENTS Clause in Contracts

WARRANTY OF IMPROVEMENTS. Following final acceptance of the Improvements, APPLICANT hereby warrants that the Improvements shall remain free from defects or damage as determined by CITY, such that the Improvements continue to meet CITY standards for one year following said final acceptance.

Following final initial acceptance of the Improvements, APPLICANT hereby warrants that the Improvements shall be maintained and remain free from defects or damage as determined by CITY, such that the Improvements continue to meet CITY standards for one year two years following said final initial acceptance.
