Warranty of Information. Occupant warrants all information given in this Rental Agreement or any application preceding this Rental Agreement is complete, true and accurate at the time of this Rental Agreement.
Warranty of Information. I represent and warrant that all information provided by me pursuant to this Agreement, including the Customer Account Information Form, is true, complete and accurate. In case of any change in said information, I shall inform you immediately. I also hereby authorize you to conduct such credit or background checks to verify any information provided by me, and to ascertain my financial situation and investment objectives.
Warranty of Information. Lessee warrants that all information furnished and to be furnished to Lessor is accurate and that all financial statements it has furnished and hereafter may furnish Lessor, including operating statements and statements of condition, are and will be prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, consistently applied, and reasonably reflect and will reflect, as of their respective dates, results of the operations and the financial condition of Lessee and of any other entity they purport to cover.
Warranty of Information. I represent and warrant that all data, information and documents provided or submitted by me pursuant to this Agreement, including the Customer Account Information Form (CAIF), are true, complete, current and accurate. I undertake to update all of my information/records, particularly those indicated in my CAIF and submit documents in support thereof, at least once every two (2) years or upon your request. In case of any change in said information, including but not limited to the change of my status from “non-U.S. Person” to “U.S. Person”, as defined under Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) of the United States of America, I shall immediately inform and furnish you with all necessary supporting documents. In the absence of any change, you shall consider all the information in my Account as current until I update them. I also hereby authorize you to conduct such credit or background checks to verify any information provided by me, and to ascertain my financial situation and investment objectives.
Warranty of Information. Failure to update my/our information and submit required documentation within a given period when required by the Company shall give you the right to withhold payments on my/our Account and be a ground for closure of my/our account pursuant to Section 24 of this Agreement. In the absence of any change, you shall consider all the information in my/our Account as current until I/We update them. I/We also hereby authorize you to conduct such credit or background checks to verify any information provided by me/us, and to ascertain my/our financial situation and investment objectives.
Warranty of Information. Lessee warrants all information given in the Agreement or any application preceding the Agreement is complete, true and accurate at the time of this Agreement. Time to Bring suit: Any claims, suits or defenses to any suit by tenant that arise out of this rental Agreement, the negotiations that proceeded this tenancy, or for loss or damage to stored property shall be barred unless tenant commences an action within (12) months after the date of the acts, omissions, or inaction that gave rise to such claim, suit or defense . Warranty of Information. GFS Host warrants that all requirements described in this Agreement and all information provided by GFS Host to A21 describing the time, place, activities, permissions and general nature of an Event are true, correct and complete as at the time they were provided ● Insurance. GFS Host shall obtain and maintain adequate and proper insurance for each Event.
Warranty of Information. The Disclosing Party does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any Confidential Information, except as may be stated in a written agreement to implement the Project.
Warranty of Information. Race Director warrants that all the minimum race sanctioning requirements for sanctioning with USAT will be complied with and that all information listed under Event Description of the Sanctioning Application is true and correct. Falsifying or misrepresenting information in the Sanctioning Application will result in either voiding or reducing the amount of insurance coverage made available to the Race Director or Event as part of USAT's sanctioning of the event. If any statement set forth in the sanction application or any representation made to USAT in connection with the sanction application subsequently becomes untrue prior to the competition of the Event, Race Director shall immediately notify USAT in writing of the change in circumstances.
Warranty of Information. I/We represent and warrant that all information provided by me/us pursuant to this Agreement, including the Account Opening Form, is true, complete and accurate. In case of any change in said information, I/we shall inform BPI Sec immediately. I/We also authorize BPI Sec to conduct such credit or background checks to verify any information provided by me, and to ascertain my/our financial situation and investment objectives. Finally, any and all injuries that any of my counterparties in this Agreement may suffer by virtue of any false and/or incomplete information I have given herein shall automatically make me liable either by compensation, reimbursement, or any other legal mode to satisfy my counterparties herein.
