Common use of Warranty of Materials and Workmanship Clause in Contracts

Warranty of Materials and Workmanship. Except as otherwise specified, all work shall be guaranteed by the Contractor against defects resulting from the use of inferior materials, equipment or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of final acceptance of the project by the University. Within two weeks’ notification of defects by the University, the contractor shall correct all defects and shall make good all damages to the structure, site, equipment, or contents resulting from the use of inferior materials, equipment and workmanship.
