Warranty of the Improvements. The Developer warrants the prompt and satisfactory correction of all defects and deficiencies, for both materials and workmanship, in the Improvements that occur or become evident within two years for all open space and landscaping Improvements and one year for all other Improvements after acceptance of the Improvements by the County.
