Washington Game Commission. The commission is authorized to enter into reciprocal agreements with the Washington game commission for the pur- pose of recognizing license rights of Idaho and Washington fishing license holders to fish in the waters of the Snake River where those waters form the boundary line between Idaho and Washington. STATE BOUNDARY LANDS -- RECIPROCITY -- PURPOSE -- COOPERATIVE (a) The right to xxxx big game in herd units where the herd unit incorporates the boundary line between a contigu- ous state and the state of Idaho by the holder of either a valid contiguous state or Idaho license therefor in accordance with the laws and rules of the respective state is hereby recognized and made lawful. (b) The purpose of this section is to avoid the conflict, confusion and difficulty of an attempt to find the exact locations of the state boundary while hunting big game, and to allow management of big game resources which cross state boundaries. Provided, however, nothing in this section shall be construed to authorize: 1. The holder of a contiguous state big game hunting license to xxxx in Idaho outside of a defined boundary herd unit subject to reciprocal hunting. 2. The holder of an Idaho big game hunting license to xxxx in a contigu- ous state outside of a defined boundary herd unit subject to reciprocal hunting.

Except as set forth above with respect to Agent, neither Seller nor Purchaser has authorized any broker or finder to act on Purchaser's behalf in connection with the sale and purchase hereunder and neither Seller nor Purchaser has dealt with any broker or finder purporting to act on behalf of any other party. Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses of any kind or character arising out of or resulting from any agreement, arrangement or understanding alleged to have been made by Purchaser or on Purchaser's behalf with any broker or finder in connection with this Agreement or the transaction contemplated hereby. Seller agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Purchaser from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses of any kind or character arising out of or resulting from any agreement, arrangement or understanding alleged to have been made by Seller or on Seller's behalf with any broker or finder in connection with this Agreement or the transaction contemplated hereby. Purchaser acknowledges that, in accordance with the terms of the Real Estate License Act of the State of Texas, Agent has advised Purchaser that Purchaser should have the abstract covering the Property examined by an attorney of Purchaser's selection, or that Purchaser should be furnished with or obtain a policy of title insurance. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, this SECTION 10.2 shall survive the Closing or any earlier termination of this Agreement.

  • The Commission 1. The Contracting Parties hereby establish within the framework of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (hereinafter referred to as "the Organization") a Commission to be known as the General Fisheries Commission for the Mediterranean (hereinafter referred to as "the Commission"), for the purpose of exercising the functions and discharging the responsibilities set forth in Article III below. 2. The Members of the Commission shall be such Members and Associate Members of the Organization and such non-member States as are members of the United Nations, any of its Specialized Agencies or the International Atomic Energy Agency, that are: (i) coastal States or Associate Members situated wholly or partly within the Region; (ii) States or Associate Members whose vessels engage in fishing in the Region for stocks covered by this Agreement; or (iii) regional economic integration organizations of which any State referred to in subparagraphs (i), or (ii) above is a member and to which that State has transferred competence over matters within the purview of this Agreement; and which accept this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of Article XIII below, it being understood that these provisions shall not affect the membership status in the Commission of such States that are not members of the United Nations, any of its Specialized Agencies or the International Atomic Energy Agency as may have become parties to this Agreement prior to 22 May 1963. As regards Associate Members, this Agreement shall, in accordance with the provisions of Article XIV.5 of the Constitution and Rule XXI.3 of the General Rules of the Organization, be submitted by the Organization to the authority having responsibility for the international relations of such Associate Members.

No event has occurred or circumstance exists that could provide the basis for any work stoppage or other labor dispute. There is no lockout of any employees by any Acquired Company, and no such action is contemplated by any Acquired Company. Each Acquired Company has complied in all respects with all Legal Requirements relating to employment, equal employment opportunity, nondiscrimination, immigration, wages, hours, benefits, collective bargaining, the payment of social security and similar taxes, occupational safety and health, and plant closing. No Acquired Company is liable for the payment of any compensation, damages, Taxes, fines, penalties, or other amounts, however designated, for failure to comply with any of the foregoing Legal Requirements.
