Common use of Washrooms Clause in Contracts

Washrooms. ‌ The City will provide washrooms and lockers for the changing and storing of clothing. Such lockers may be inspected monthly by the commanding officer and once a month other than for general inspection by the commanding officer in the presence of the employee assigned such locker; the latter to be made subject to five (5) days’ notice to the employee.
