Water and Electricity. 12.1 For the purpose of executing the building work, the Contractor will be entitled to use water and/or electricity and/or any other service on the Property and the Employer will be liable for the costs of such services.

In the event that the Contractor requires the use of water and/or electricity and/or any other service on the Property for the purpose of executing building work on other properties other than on the Property, the Contractor will be entitled to such aforementioned services and the Employer Contractor will be liable for the costs of such services.
