Water and Wastewater Service. {CW098339.1} 0 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Sales Tax Sharing Agreement The City shall extend water and wastewater services to the frontage of both Price Ford and Price Honda. The extension of City services is conditioned upon the property owner for Price Ford and Price Honda executing an out of boundary service agreement with City and that the out of boundary service extension is approved by LAFCO. The County agrees not to oppose the extension.
