WATER/WASTEWATER. The Project is located wholly within the City limits and is therefore within the City’s water and wastewater service areas. All permanent uses within the Project will be served by central water and sewer services. The City shall be the potable water and wastewater service provider for the Project upon payment of applicable fees. The City is under no obligation to accept the dedication of any facility.
