Weather Requirements. From time to time, weather may impact the completion of the Work and/or the Project. Subcontractor agrees to put forth reasonable efforts to coordinate and complete the Work under such conditions without delay to the overall completion date for the Project.
Weather Requirements. A. Asphalt shall be placed only on properly constructed subgrade and interim lifts that are free from water, snow, and ice. The asphalt shall be placed only when weather conditions permit the pavement to be properly placed and finished as determined by the Town.   • Imposition of Other Requirements The Company reserves the right to impose other requirements on the Participant’s participation in the Plan, on the RSUs and on any Shares acquired under the Plan, to the extent the Company determines it is necessary or advisable for legal or administrative reasons, and to require the Participant to sign any additional agreements or undertakings that may be necessary to accomplish the foregoing.
