Weatherability. The light transmission as measured by ASTM D 1003, shall not decrease more than 6 percent over 10 years, or after exposure to temperatures of 300 deg. F for 25 minutes (thermal aging). Panel shall not change color more than 4.0 units (Delta E by ASTM D 2244) after 60 months outdoor weathering determined by an average of at least 2 samples. Thermal Aging: Interior and exterior faces shall not change color in excess of 0.75 Delta E by ASTM D 2244 and shall not darken more than 0.3 units (Delta L by ASTM D 2244) and 0.2 units Delta Y by ASTM D 1925 and shall not show cracking or crazing when exposed to 300 deg. F for 25 minutes. Faces shall not become readily detached when exposed to temperature. of 300 deg. F and 0 deg F. for 25 minutes. Panels shall consist of a polycarbonate resin with a permanent co-extruded, ultra-violet protective layer. Post-applied coating or films of dissimilar materials are unacceptable. Fiberglass skins are unacceptable.
Weatherability. The sign shall be weather resistant and show no appreciable cracking, blistering, crazing or dimensional change after two (2) years of unprotected outdoor exposure.

  • Weather User understands and agrees that during the term of this agreement, User will strictly adhere to the Weather Protocols set forth in the Grand Park Emergency Management Plan.   • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Vulnerability Management BNY Mellon will maintain a documented process to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities affecting its systems used to provide the services. BNY Mellon will classify security vulnerabilities using industry recognized standards and conduct continuous monitoring and testing of its networks, hardware and software including regular penetration testing and ethical hack assessments. BNY Mellon will remediate identified security vulnerabilities in accordance with its process.

  • Severe Weather An employee who is late for a scheduled shift during a severe weather day will be offered the opportunity to work his/her full regular schedule of hours if work is needed, without suffering any pay deductions taken from such employee’s regular scheduled work day providing such employee completes his/her shift. Severe weather days are days when weather hampers mass transit (e.g. buses and ferries) from transporting travelers to their destinations. If weather conditions are such that driving to work would be hazardous, roads are closed, or travel to work would result in extreme hardship, an employee may use his/her PTO time if unable to report for work. EIB is not available for severe weather days. Employees are required to provide notification as soon as practicable if they are going to be late or unable to report for work.

  • Inclement Weather 24.1 This Inclement Weather clause sets out the full rights, obligations and entitlements of the parties and establishes the conditions under which payment for periods of inclement weather shall be made.

  • Sustainability 4.1 The Principal conducts its business in accordance with the principle of sustainable development and adheres to internationally recognized fundamental standards for occupational health and safety, environmental protection, labor and human rights as well as responsible corporate governance (hereinafter “ESG Standards”). The Principal has described its understanding of the ESG Standards in the Supplier Code of Conduct (xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/supplier-code-of-conduct). The Principal expects the Contractor to adhere to the ESG Standards. Furthermore, the Principal calls upon the Contractor to ensure that all its subcontractors of any tier adhere to the ESG Standards likewise. The Principal shall have the right to check adherence to the ESG Standards, either itself or through third parties that it commissions, with prior notice.

  • Grievability Denial of a petition for reinstatement is grievable. The grievance may not be based on information other than that shared with the Employer at the time of the petition for reinstatement.
