Web License. Desktop: Allowed to install and use fonts on computers with a number of copies limited to 1-5 users.
Web License. → The number of websites onto which the Licensee may install the font(s), and the number of visitors these website(s) may serve, is de- pendent on the license purchased and referenced on the Licensee’s invoice. In the case of an increase in visitor numbers, the license must be updated on an annual basis. In the case of the closure of a website, the font(s) and/or the license to use the fonts cannot be transferred. → The font(s) for a web license are provided in WOFF format and must be self-hosted on the Licensee’s server(s). → Web-fonts have to be acquired as such and cannot be generated from print-fonts or other files. They cannot be used for any purpose other than that defined by the license.
Web License. To use the fonts online YOU can use the webfonts with @font-face on the desired website up to the numbers of visitors for whom YOU purchased the license. Should the number of visitors exceed the licensed amount, an upgrade to the license must be purchased. The static webfonts are provided in WOFF and WOFF2 format, the variable webfonts in WOFF2 only. YOU are not permitted to convert the fonts in any other format. If an alternative format is preferred, please get in contact with LH. YOU are permitted to use the fonts in the creation of media and assets for all forms of motion pictures that includes but is not limited to: TV, cinema, video, public advertising, online, and streaming media for public broadcast etc. The Broadcasting License can only be used in addition to a Desktop License for the amount of computers that the fonts are used on. The Broadcasting License is similar to the Web License in the way that YOU purchase a license for the amount of viewers (viewers correspond to the same amount of visitors in Web License) YOU will have. Should the number of viewers exceed the licensed amount, an upgrade to the license must be purchased. YOU are permitted to embed the fonts into the number of apps or e-books for whom YOU purchased the license. In case YOU want to embed the fonts into operating systems, electronic devices, games or any kind of templates, please get in contact with LH. YOU are not permitted to create any kind of commercialised product that purely lives off of the design of the fonts. In case YOU do want to do that, please contact LH. YOU are not permitted to use the fonts for any kind of discriminating usage. This set of letters was drawn to make the world a bit better not worse.
Web License. Each licence is for a single (1) domain only. If you need to install the typeface on more domains than described above you are required to purchase additional licences. There is no limit to the amount of sub-domains you can use the typeface on. All domains and sub-domains must be registered to your organisation and the typeface must be securely stored on the same domain (self-hosting). You are not allowed to use third party font hosting services. You must not exceed the amount of unique visitors per month your licence permits. This amount is decided at the time of purchase. If you need to cover a larger amount of monthly visits you are required to upgrade your license.
Web License. Through a Web License, Highsoft grants Licensee a non-exclusive, perpetual (for applicable Releases), non- sublicensable, worldwide right to install, reproduce, use and further develop Licensed Software as such:
i. on any number of public or private websites (including subdomains and intranet sites) for generation of generic content, and;
ii. on any Internal Applications A Web License authorizes Licensee to use the Licensed Software for internal purposes only and extends to Licensee’s employees and contractors, but not to its clients or other Third Parties. The Web License does not include any right for Licensee to use the Licensed Software in a SaaS Application or a Web Application or a Licensee Product. Nor does it authorized Licensee to perform Customer Installations. The condition that the right to use the Licensed Software under a Web License is limited to generation of generic content only, means that the content being included on websites must be the same (identical) for all users, and that such websites shall not generate individually tailored content adapted to any user’s personal data or choices.

For the very rare case YOU do stumble upon mistakes or the fonts don’t work as expected, please get in contact with RDGR. RDGR will do its best to fix the problem. RDGR is not liable for any kind of direct, indirect, consequen- tial, incidental, or special damages, inclu-ding but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of savings, loss of business etc. In case a governing body says otherwise; RDGR’s liability will never exceed the license fee.
Web License. 1.2.1. The Font Software licensed under the Web license (“Web Font Software”) may be used to create and edit Web Text Content by the Licensed Users.
1.2.2. Your Web Text Content may be published only in websites owned and controlled by you or sent only from your email addresses.
1.2.3. The total number of pageviews per month of all your Web Text Content may not exceed the number specified in the applicable license purchase documents.
Web License. 2.2.1. Definitions
Web License. A Web License allows you to embed the Font Software in WOFF and/or WOFF2 format on your website using the @font-face rule in CSS. This license is based on the number of page views your website receives. Redistribution, modification, or embedding the Font Software in any other web-based or server-based application, or in any other file format (e.g., OTF), is prohibited. The Fonts must be hosted on a web server under your control and must not be made available for download or extraction by end users. If you require the Fonts to be used across multiple domains, each domain must have its own Web License.
Web License. In the event of purchasing a Web license for any of our fonts, you are entitled to use them in your websites, mobile apps, eBooks. This en- tails a one-time payment for a lifelong license, devoid of monthly fees or bandwidth restrictions.
