SaaS Application definition

SaaS Application means the licensed and hosted computer program residing in Contractor's servers that provides the SaaS Services that may be accessed by Authorized Users through the Internet.
SaaS Application means a software product or application on a remote server offered to users that generates revenue, directly or indirectly, in any manner, including but not limited to subscription fees, affiliate fees, advertising fees, third party referral fees, or any other commercial arrangement.
SaaS Application means: each of the software solutions made available by AVEVA as a service to Client through AVEVA Connect, and their associated Documentation, as Client has subscribed under a separate agreement with AVEVA.

  • The Contractor warrants that the SaaS Application does not maintain, store, or export the City Data using a database structure, data model, entity relationship diagram or equivalent that is itself a trade secret or which would cause substantial injury to the competitive position of the Contractor if published.

  • Contractor shall provide to the City electronic notification of any significant incidents or breaches that occur within the live, test environment or to the SaaS Application within one day of discovery, and in subsequent monthly reports.

  • City agrees not to remove or destroy any proprietary markings or proprietary legends placed upon or contained within the Licensed SaaS Application or any related materials or Documentation.

  • City Data that is stored in binary formats, including, without limitation, portable document format, JPEG, and portable network graphics files, shall instead be reproducible in the same format in which it was loaded into the SaaS Application.

  • Such emergency maintenance may include, but is not limited to: analysis, testing, repair, maintenance, re-setting and other servicing of the hardware, cabling, networks, software and other devices, materials and systems through which access to and/or use of the SaaS Application by City is made available.

  • Contractor represents and warrants that Contractor shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that the SaaS Application and Services, and any information, reports or other materials provided to Authorized Users as a result of the operation of the SaaS Application and Services, including future enhancements and modifications thereto, shall be free of any Disabling Code at the time of their receipt by Authorized Users.

  • In the event there will be more than 30 minutes downtime of any component of the SaaS Application or SaaS Services for any reason, including, but not limited to, Scheduled SaaS Maintenance or emergency maintenance, Contractor shall provide notice to users by posting a web page that indicates that the site is temporarily unavailable and to please come back later.

SaaS Application. /SaaS Software” means the licensed and hosted computer program and associated documentation, as listed in this Agreement and Appendices, and any Upgrades or modifications to the program(s), residing in Contractor's servers that provides the SaaS Services that may be accessed by Authorized Users through the Internet.
SaaS Application. A Derivative Work delivered over the Internet for which you charge customers to access or use. Other terms that may be used interchangeably with SaaS Application include, but are not limited to, Software as a Service, on-demand software, services as a software substitute, Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service, Desktop as a Service, Backend as a Service, and Service Bureau.
SaaS Application means each proprietary NEOGOV web-based software-as-a-service application subscribed to by Customer.
SaaS Application means a Software as a Service application. It is an application accessible through a web browser.
SaaS Application means the EnerAllies online, cloud-based software-as-a-service application.
SaaS Application means mean the SaaS computer software described on Schedule 3.1 to which Contractor has granted the County access and use as part of the Subscription Services. This includes any customization, other derivative works, upgrades, releases, fixes, or patches related to such software that Contractor develops or deploys during the term of this Contract, together with all Documentation provided by or otherwise required of Contractor for any of the software, customization, other derivative works, upgrades, releases, fixes, or patches.

Related to SaaS Application

  • Completed application means an application in the form and number and containing all the information required pursuant to 34 Administrative Code 9.1053 (Entity Requesting Agreement to Limit Appraised Value), that has been determined by the district and the comptroller to include all minimum requirements for consideration.
