Web-Posting of 11Q Form Answers. The ADT shall post the answers provided in the 11Q Form on the ADT’s website (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx)(the “ADT Website”). The Provider grants the ADT a non-exclusive right to post the answers to the 11Q Form on ADT Website. The ADT will only post answers if a Provider is approved and certified as Ag Data Transparent.
