You will be responsible for the content of your pages, including obtaining the legal permission for any works they include and ensuring that the contents of these pages do not violate UK law. You will be held responsible for and accept responsibility for any defamatory, confidential, secret or other proprietary material available via your page(s). I reserve the right to remove material deemed inappropriate from your web pages, without prior notice. And do not allow adult, warez, MP3s or illegal content on any web sites on my servers.

Webpages. The Contractor will maintain the Webpages this includes, but is not limited to the Agency Reporting tool, IDOA webpages, the Cardholder web portal, and any webpages by the agencies to provide information to cardholders or potential cardholders. The Contractor will provide information, documents, insights, industry examples, the “Long Form,” for agencies, cardholders, and potential cardholders. The Contractor must maintain these and ensure everything is accurate for the State and the Contract. The Contractor must provide all updates to the State. The Contractor will go through and make sure all information, materials, and the State website is updated continually. At least once a year all new documents, information, updates, or some form of confirmation that all information is up to date will be submitted by the Contractor no later June 29th every year. Upon notice to the Contractor the Webpages are out of date the Contractor will update within 24 hours of notice.

  • Internet Connectivity School must provide sufficient hardline internet connectivity and the required network configurations (provided in Exhibit A) for each Pixellot System to allow live broadcasts. PlayOn will provide the point-to-point wireless internet base station (“Point to Point”) when needed to deliver hardline internet connectivity to Pixellot Systems installed in outdoor venues; provided that PlayOn is able to select the make and model of the Point to Point system. In the event that School requests, or requires, a specific Point to Point system that is different from what is provided by PlayOn, then School must provide and install the Point to Point system at its own expense.
