Common use of Weed Control Clause in Contracts

Weed Control. Until the services are assumed by the Town, the Owner will keep down the weeds on vacant lots and the week inspector of the Town may, if after seven days notice in writing to the Owner the weeds on a lot are not cut or sprayed as required by the notice, have the weeds cut or sprayed and the Owner will repay the cost to the Town and the cost shall be a charge against the plan.
