Weekend and Shift Loading.
4.2.1 Weekend shift, Evening Shift, Night Shift public holiday and overtime loadings are paid separately and will not apply simultaneously. Where more than one such loading is applicable, the higher of the loading rates will apply. The following loadings do not apply on public holidays or to overtime.
Weekend and Shift Loading. 4.6.1 This clause specifically provides for the Employee’s entitlement to loadings for weekends and shift work. This clause is not to be read in conjunction with any applicable award as may be varied from time to time.
4.6.2 For the purposes of this clause (4.6), “ordinary hourly rate” will mean the hourly rate for the Employee in accordance with Clause 3.2
