Weekly Guarantee. (a) The Company agrees to guarantee every employee in every week of employment, thirty-six (36) hours' pay at their straight time rate subject to the following provisions. Overtime, off-shift premium and weekend premium shall not be considered when calculating what guarantee, if any, is to be paid.
