Weekly Guarantee. Part-time employees who have completed their probationary period shall be scheduled for at least twenty (20) hours work in each week, sixteen (16) hours for Helper Clerks and Senior Courtesy Clerks (no guarantee for Courtesy Clerks). Time off with pay (vacation, sick, etc.) shall be counted towards this weekly minimum. The aforementioned weekly guarantee shall not apply if one (1) or more of the following conditions exist: (1) A week in which the employee restricts his/her availability during the week. (2) Work is not available due to acts of God.
