Common use of Weekly Indemnity Clause in Contracts

Weekly Indemnity. ‌ (a) Employees shall be covered by Weekly Indemnity from the first of the month following the month in which the employee completes six (6) continuous months of employment. (b) The Employer agrees that eligible employees shall be covered by sickness indemnity for periods of illness which extend beyond the period of coverage provided by Article 17. 1.
