Common use of Weekly Overtime Rate Clause in Contracts

Weekly Overtime Rate. All work performed by non-exempt employees in excess of forty (40) hours in any work week shall be compensated at the rate of one and one-half (1½) times their regular hourly rate of pay. The usage of accrued sick leave, vacation benefit, or holiday shall be considered time worked when performing daily overtime calculations.
