WEEKLY QUANTITY MANAGEMENT. The Parties shall cooperate in coordinating capacity demand and shipments within each calendar month. Supplier's weekly capacity shall, absent normal course capacity constraints, be within the range of ***% to ***% of 1/4 of the Estimated Monthly Capacity Update last provided by the Supplier hereunder in respect of the month containing the relevant week.
