Weight at Time of Delivery. FW reserves the right to weigh shipments on our scales before and after delivery. The net weight shown on the Contractor’s weight ticket will be accepted unless it exceeds the net weight shown on FW’s scales by more than 5 percent. Objections to the weight of the material received shall be based on a certified unit weight of not less than 10 percent of the packages shipped, which are randomly selected from the entire shipment.

Weight at Time of Delivery. The Members reserve the right to weigh the shipments on their scales before and after delivery. In order to reduce the time and money required to resolve and adjust for minor weight differences, the net weight shown on the Contractor’s weight ticket will be accepted unless it exceeds the net weight shown on the Members’ ticket by more than 200 lbs. If the net weight shown on the Contractor’s ticket exceeds the net weight on the Members ticket by more than 200lbs., the net weight shown on the Members ticket will be used.

  • Time of Delivery Any notice delivered personally or by fax during normal business hours at an address specified above shall be deemed to be received the same Business Day, and any notice sent by mail or otherwise will be deemed to be received on the following Business Day. Any Party shall be entitled to change its address for notice to an address elsewhere in Alberta by notice in writing to the other Parties.

  • SCOPE OF DELIVERY Seller agrees to accept deliveries of natural gas belonging to Buyer at Seller's delivery point from the upstream pipeline located near Columbia, South Carolina, and to transport Buyer's gas and redeliver to Buyer.   • Delivery Dates If the due date of any notice, certificate or report required to be delivered by the Manager hereunder falls on a day that is not a Business Day, the due date for such notice, certificate or report shall be automatically extended to the next succeeding day that is a Business Day.
